The Christian School for All

Situation

Saddleback Valley Christian School (www.svcsschools.org) provides a Christian, college preparatory education to students in preschool through 12th Grades in Orange County, California. SVCS faced three significant challenges: first, it was transitioning its long-time leadership team; second, enrollment was stagnating in the face of an economic downturn and increased competition from some of the most successful private schools in Southern California; third, research indicated local families were confused as to whether they were required to join certain congregations in order to enroll.

Transformation

During a 12-week period, Ovus & Ater developed and introduced a new Tagline that very clearly communicated the position SVCS sought to own in the minds of area families – The Christian School for All. Very quickly, this five-word statement evolved into a unifying identity for the School.
